LOVED the pause! This was so eye opening in so many ways – it is in the pause we repair.
A really beautiful podcast – so good to hear more focus on the baby’s experience and how parents can make this a more gentle transition. Slowing down and remembering to speak to baby during stressful times is lovely – and something we should encourage all moms to do….pause & connect – before birth, after birth and in parenting.
